Dirty Book List

I recently came across a Substack by Cristin Bentley, who respresents SD-1 on the State Republican Executive Committee.  She describes the #FilthyBook campaign that was launched on February 17, 2023.  https://thedaughter.substack.com/p/stop-sexualizing-texas-kids-and-the

You can subscribe to the Substack or view without.  Once subscribed, you will receive emails regarding the books on her list.  She gives a graphic synopsis of the book and why she feels it should be on the filthy list.  At the bottom of the email, she provides a link to search ISD library databases.

I decided to search for the books currently on her list in the Oak Ridge North High School database (Conroe ISD, Conroe TX).  

Here are the results:

I urge you to do your own research and check your school district.  Also, take a look at the list and determine for yourself if you think these books should be available to high school students.
